Kiwi Operation, Inc. 2400 W Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 202 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 (866) 242-8359 (801) 681-0162 Fax Warranty Kiwi Operation, Inc. hereby grants a one-year hardware including a one-year labor warranty from the date of the invoice for components installed in this computer by Kiwi Operation, Inc.
This warranty does not include user misuse, abuse, viruses and/or spyware infections, software conflicts, network conflicts, damages due to fire, flood, theft, accidents, incorrect line voltage, power surges, lightening strikes, unauthorized service, transportation or shipping, failure to perform required preventive maintenance and product registration and activation, parts and accessories not installed by Kiwi Operation, Inc., monitors, keyboards, and mice not supplied by Kiwi Operation, Inc. or any other Acts of God.
Labor rates after the labor warranty period and hardware replacement will be charged and invoiced accordingly if a service call is made.
Kiwi Operation, Inc. strongly recommends before you call for service is to back up all data from the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CD’s or PC cards. Kiwi Operation, Inc. does not accept responsibility for lost data or software.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). KIWI OPERATION, INC. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MALFUNCTION AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. ALL WARRANTED HARDWARE IS REPLACED AS NEW, AND THEREFORE REPLACED HARDWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY.
KIWI OPERATION, INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU ACCORDING TO SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS.
This warranty is not transferable.
